This page explains how users of The Gentle Touch mobile application can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

The Gentle Touch mobile application is developed and operated by Rin Holdings (Pty) Ltd.


How to Request Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your Gentle Touch app account, please submit a request by sending an email to:

support@rinholdings.co.za

Use the subject line:

Account Deletion Request

Please include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address used in the app
  • Your phone number

This helps us verify your identity and process the request securely.


What Happens When You Request Deletion

Once your request is verified:

  • Your account will be permanently deleted
  • Your login credentials will be removed
  • Your personal profile information will be deleted

You will no longer be able to access the app using that account.


Data Retention

Certain information may be retained where required for:

  • Legal compliance
  • Financial record keeping
  • Fraud prevention

This retained information will not be used for marketing or operational purposes.


Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.

You will receive confirmation once your account has been deleted.
